You'll represent injured clients and their families, helping them recover the compensation they deserve.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic legal representation in personal injury cases involving negligence or workplace accidents.
- Serve as a primary legal advisor to clients — explaining rights, options, and outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, physicians, experts, and referral sources.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assess case strength and value through investigation and evaluation of medical and legal facts.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and civil proceedings.
- Lead and collaborate with legal support staff on case strategy and execution.
- Stay current on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law affecting personal injury practice.

What you bring:
- Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of legal practice (personal injury experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume case load
- Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy and justice
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively with support staff
- Comfortable with legal tech (Microsoft Office, Litify, or similar platforms)
Bonus Skills
- Experience building client pipelines and referral networks
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus)
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to client homes, hospitals, or incident scenes.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
