We are seeking a driven, client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team. You'll represent injured clients and their families, helping them recover the compensation they deserve.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide strategic legal representation in personal injury cases involving negligence or workplace accidents.
  • Serve as a primary legal advisor to clients — explaining rights, options, and outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, physicians, experts, and referral sources.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Assess case strength and value through investigation and evaluation of medical and legal facts.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and civil proceedings.
  • Lead and collaborate with legal support staff on case strategy and execution.
  • Stay current on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law affecting personal injury practice.

What you bring:
  • Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (multi-state licensure a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of legal practice (personal injury experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume case load
  • Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and litigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy and justice
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively with support staff
  • Comfortable with legal tech (Microsoft Office, Litify, or similar platforms)

Bonus Skills
  • Experience building client pipelines and referral networks
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus)

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel to client homes, hospitals, or incident scenes.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
