What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in personal injury Nursing Home matters under the guidance of a Managing Attorney.
- Evaluate and manage case files, review evidence, and draft legal documents.
- Communicate frequently with clients to provide updates and support.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Uphold the firm's Core Values: We Care, Humble Excellence, Collaborative Attitude, and Challenge Acceptance.
What you bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (required).
- Licensure in Tennessee or New Mexico is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
