What You'll Do:
Denham Property & Injury Law Firm is looking for a property casualty litigator, preferably with litigation experience, to assist with our vibrant and growing practice. This role will be required to get licensed and remotely handle cases in at least one other state besides Kentucky. A UBE 270+ or 3+ years of practice is required. This is also an opportunity for a forward-thinking lawyer to learn about the business of practicing law

Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases from intake through resolution
  • Efficiently litigate and resolves cases
  • Oversee paralegals, and administrative staff
  • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
  • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence
  • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies

Qualifications:
  • Required: UBE 270+ or 3+ years of practice.
  • Must be admitted to practice in at least one state. Additional states are not required, but it is a bonus.
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files
  • Prior first party property experience is a major bonus
  • Compensation$150,000 - $250,000+ yearly
