Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record handling personal injury cases from intake through trial, with a focus on litigation. You will play a critical role in advocating for clients, managing complex cases, and contributing to our firm's reputation for outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial.
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations, investigations, and legal research to develop case strategies.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and managing expectations throughout the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and expert witnesses to prepare cases for trial.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nevada personal injury law and civil procedure.
  • Ensure efficient case management and meet firm performance goals related to case outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Nevada (required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation (trial experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Nevada civil procedure and local court rules.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software (e.g., LexisNexis, Clio).
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered representation.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving favorable settlements and verdicts.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience with junior attorneys or legal staff.
