Michael Hua Injury Law is seeking a dedicated and motivated Attorney to join our growing personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will embody these values while successfully managing their own caseload from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and handle your own caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with opposing counsel and insurance representatives.
  • Keep organized, detailed files while ensuring all deadlines and case milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver high-quality representation.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada (in good standing).
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize a caseload.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to honesty, hard work, kindness, and competence in all aspects of the role.
