Be at home at a reasonable hour! You don't have to sacrifice your personal life to be an attorney. Busy bankruptcy firm is looking for a attorney. We are one of the largest female owned bankruptcy firms in Indiana. This is a Monday- Friday position. We do not work weekends. We are a fast paced environment and because we are not expected to work weekends/long hours, we work all day long.

You should:

Be reliable
Possess a good attitude
Good with technology.

We:
You Will:

Meet with clients in person and electronically
Attend hearings
Review/supervise paralegal work
Draft petitions and motions

Even if you don't have bankruptcy experience we can train you! Send your resume when replying.

Must have a Juris Doctorate and licensed in the State of Indiana.
Those individuals with bankruptcy experience with consumer experience will start out at a higher rate.
