This position is with a small firm in Henderson, Kentucky that handles a variety of legal matters including federal black lung claims, family law, criminal law, personal injury, and other civil litigation.
Strong legal research and writing skills are required. There will also be work in hearings, trials, and depositions.
The position requires clerical work, administrative work, and legal work. The best candidate will be a self-starter that pays close attention to detail and has the ability to multitask.
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Skills required. Oral and written communication skills required.
Law degree and Kentucky Law License or ability to become licensed in Kentucky are necessary.
