Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a litigation Attorney at Miller & Stevens Law. The Attorney will work in general civil litigation, and family law. The Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, legal writing, participating in ADR, engaging in written discovery or depositions, and drafting legal documents; as well as participate in local networking and marketing efforts on behalf of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Close proximity to Forest Lake is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
