Description:We are looking for an attorney with 2-6 years' general litigation experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legal Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Handle a matter through all aspects of discovery.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Argue motions and appear for Court conferences.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff.
- Trial/arbitration experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of general litigation experience.
- General, municipal, or insurance litigation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
