Description:
This is our 46th year. We service business, tax and estate planning and litigation needs, personal injury and such related matters. This includes mergers, sales and purchases and related tax considerations. You must be technically capable and capable of advocacy.
Software:
- You must be skilled with technology and possess a high-level proficiency at WordPerfect / Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and TaxAct software and electronic legal research.
- Exceptional research, advocacy and the ability to review/proof entity and individual federal tax returns and financial statements are a must.
