Yeom | Baek, LLC, a Duluth based law firm specializing in real estate, estate planning and business law is seeking an attorney to join our rapidly growing firm. The right candidate will primarily manage real estate matters and other related tasks.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct commercial and residential closings;
- Manage a high volume of purchase and refinance closings; and
- Handle matters in other areas of practice including estate planning and business law.
Member of the Georgia Bar
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be able to travel for out-of-office closings;
- Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and explain loan documents in a professional manner;
- Must have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; and
- Must be able to balance a high volume of closings.
