Role Description This is a commission-based on-site role for an Attorney at A Law Firm, located in Dearborn, MI. We are seeking a motivated attorney who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to build their practice through revenue-sharing opportunities. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and negotiating settlements. They will handle assigned cases across various practice areas and collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes. Daily tasks include court appearances, client consultations, case management, and staying updated with the latest legal developments and case laws.Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Law, with experience in Immigration, Criminal, Real Estate, Business, and General Civil
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
- Strong Research skills and ability to manage assigned caseloads efficiently
- Ability to prepare and review legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan or Arizona
- Minimum 1-3 years of legal experience preferred
