Busy general practice law firm operating in Hernando, Citrus, Pasco and Sumter counties looking for up to two (2) attorneys to practice in civil litigation, real property or government law. We practice in both state and federal court, and in trial and appellate courts. Client development, excellent writing/drafting, and organizational skills are required. The Firm offers sophisticated clients, challenging work, and a collegial environment. Responsibilities include:
- Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize writing skills to prepare briefs, memos, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with team members on complex cases requiring multiple areas of expertise.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
