Litigation Attorney Small General Practice seeks associate litigation
attorney. A Small Law Firm is looking to
complement its team with a talented and motivated junior associate. The
candidate will handle, along with other staff members, pre-litigation
tasks, pleading preparation and filing, and court appearances in general
litigation matters, with an emphasis on collections. In addition to
collection matters, the associate will also assist in the Firm's real
estate, estate planning, estate probate, landlord tenant, land use, and
corporate practice. The desired candidate will be expected to have
well-developed research, writing, and communication skills. A strong
sense of confidence and a desire to learn all practice areas of our
general practice is a must. The position will afford immediate courtroom
exposure and will include travel within the jurisdiction in which the
Firm practices. Willing to train a motivated recent bar admittee. What
you will bring to the position: Juris Doctorate and admission to
Massachusetts Bar required (dual MA/NH Bar admission a plus, but not
required) 0-2 years of experience. Superior academic credentials. Strong
communications skills, both verbal and written. Motivation and desire
to learn.
