About the Job:Downtown property and casualty defense law firm seeks litigation associate with 2+ years' experience in defense litigation. The firm seeks an attorney with experience in NY Labor Law, premises liability and complex litigation a plus. Candidate should be familiar with handling matters from inception to conclusion in areas of general liability defense litigation, construction accidents, property damage and premises liability.
