Insurance Defense Litigation Associate AttorneyThe Law Offices of Gary P. Sinkeldam, APC is a small/well established insurance defense law firm doing business in and around the Las Vegas area since 2000.
We are looking to add a civil litigation attorney to the practice.
This person must be self-starting and motivated.
The Position:
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Nevada
Responsibilities:
Work closely with insurance carriers and firm attorneys on all litigation and pre-litigation cases, conducting client meetings, court appearances, depositions, motion practice and preparation for trial.
