Juris Doctorate Degree From An A.B.A. Accredited Law School. Admission To The Bar Required Within Six (6) Months Of Employment. Superior Academic Record. Experience And Demonstrated Competency In Relevant Area Of Law Preferred. Excellent Research And Writing Skills. Strong Negotiation, Human Relations And Communication Skills.
Minimum 2 years attorney experience preferred
This position is in the Contractor Model Group within Federal Express Corporation's Legal Division. In addition to defending and perfecting the contractor model, key responsibilities include drafting contract language, interpreting contract provisions, and providing practical, solutions-based advice and guidance designed to mitigate legal risk to key Federal Express Corporation departments. Previous transportation, contract administration and drafting, and/or labor and employment experience preferred, but not necessary. Attorney I: $5,960.29/mo - $9,834.48/mo | Sr Counsel: $13,862.80/mo - $24,259.90/mo
Additional Details:
This position will be hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. Level of hire (and compensation) is based on years of experience.
