Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil litigation, premises liability and/or personal injury defense. This role will involve independent case management within a collaborative law office environment.

What You'll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you'll have lots of training and support to manage your own caseload of active files and play an essential role in defending high-stakes claims involving:

Auto/trucking accidents,
Premises liability,
Construction site accidents,
General negligence,
And more!

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing cases from intake to resolution (including trial prep and the opportunity to get trial experience!)
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Attending court hearings and mediations
Communicating directly with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
Strategizing with seasoned litigators to get results that matter

What We're Looking For:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
1–10+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense/personal injury/premises liability matters preferred
Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
Someone who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
A proactive attitude and a passion for advocacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
