A Full Service, General Defense Law Firm, a growing litigation firm with offices across South Florida, is hiring a Construction Defect Attorney for a position in Miami, Florida.Position Overview:
This is a full-time position where you will be expected to manage a litigation caseload, take and defend depositions, handle discovery, write motions, and make court appearances.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two (3) years of recent / relevant experience.
- Construction litigation experience is required.
- Must have courtroom and deposition experience.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Experience with legal research, motions, discovery, depositions.
- Given that this is potentially a remote position, you must work well independently and participate in weekly meetings online.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Enhanced computer literacy is also required.
- You must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. No exceptions.
