Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Personal Injury. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents. The Attorney will work collaboratively in a law office environment, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in Personal Injury cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
- Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements or agreements.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings before courts or administrative bodies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments within the legal administrative framework.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Experience in Personal Injury is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
- Proficient in legal research methodologies using platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
