About the Job:
We're Hiring California Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation Attorneys (All Levels) — Clear Pay, Clear Expectations, Real Upside

Silva Injury Law is growing, and we're looking for California-licensed personal injury and worker's compensation attorneys at all experience levels — from newer attorneys with some PI exposure to seasoned litigators — who want clarity, accountability, and real upside.

Some personal injury experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to attorneys at different stages who are motivated, coachable, and ready to perform in a structured, high-support environment.

We operate on a pod-based system, where attorneys run focused teams and are compensated directly based on the value they generate, with full operational, marketing, intake, and staff support behind them.

If you've ever wanted to know exactly how you get paid and what success looks like, keep reading.

How Our System Works

Pods

Each attorney leads a pod — a small, focused unit responsible for its cases and results. Pods are treated like business units, with clear goals and strong support from the firm.

Compensation (Simple & Transparent)
  • Attorneys earn 20% of the attorney fees generated by their pod
  • Paid via a draw + monthly reconciliation system
  • No year-end surprises
  • No confusing bonus structures

Monthly reconciliation means:

  • You receive a predictable monthly draw
  • If your pod generates more than your draw, you're paid the difference that month
  • If a slower month occurs, it carries forward and balances out over time
  • Pod Tiers, Floors & Expected Compensation

We hire across all tiers, depending on experience and readiness.
