A Business Lawyer, Corporate Attorney is now operating entirely as a remote worksite. We are only adding tenacious trial attorneys with meaningful civil/commercial trial experience and outstanding writing skills. While we don't take ourselves very seriously, we do take our work very seriously. If you wouldn't likewise describe yourself, please do not apply. Profit-sharing is available. Full-time, part-time, and flex time are all available. Working from your home or a satellite office is also available. - Work smart and hard.
- Manage case docket, clients, and client receivables.
- Review claims of prospective clients.
- Be responsible and take responsibility when you're not.
- Be respectful, responsive, timely, and diligent.
- Say what you'll do and do what you say.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of meaningful trial experience.
- Ability to capably first chair a substantial jury trial or commercial arbitration.
- Brilliant commercial brief writing skills.
- Tenacious and unrelenting style of litigation.
- Ability to multi-task, follow-up, and follow-through.
