Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Attorney at A Litigation & Defense Law Firm The Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in court and at mediations. This role is located in Dallas, Texas, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Three to five years litigation experience
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Proficient in representing clients in court
Ability to work independently
Experience in transportation litigation and/or personal injury litigation is a plus
