- Seeking an experienced real estate, finance, corporate, business, oil and gas or estate planning/probate attorney to join an established College Station based firm
- Ideal candidate has a portable practice with capacity to expand his or her practice in a growing community
- A hybrid role offering on-site collaboration and remote flexibility is a possibility based on experience and circumstances
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and experienced legal services for complex/sophisticated matters in real estate, entity formation, finance, oil and gas, general business or estate planning/probate law
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support business and operational needs of practice and firm
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Admission to and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney in private law firm
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented, works effectively with others at all levels and maintains a sense of humor and camaraderie
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
