Description:
Heyl Royster is hiring for their Central Illinois medical malpractice/professional liability litigation team. This team litigates complex, high-stakes cases and advises clients on the newest developments in tort and healthcare law. Associates on the team should expect to argue motions, take depositions, develop case strategy, and try cases with a partner. This team is collaborative: a mentor is assigned to each associate and routine team meetings are held to discuss cases, clients, and developments in the law.Compensation and Benefits:
The range is $93,000 to $125,000. In addition to your salary, we have an incentive bonus plan for associates which provides for the possibility of additional monthly compensation. That Bonus Program for 2026 includes the potential for additional monthly compensation of $1,000, $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 which could add up to $30,000 of additional annualized compensation above the base salary. We pay those bonus payments in the month after they are earned. The overall compensation package offered will take into account several factors including, but not limited to, experience, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications/credentials, talent availability and specialization, as well as business needs.
