Our first-party property practice is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Texas attorney to join our existing team and help manage an expanding caseload. If you thrive in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment and want to do substantive work that matters to clients, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Navigate Texas' pre-suit requirements and statutory framework
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, exhibits, and correspondence
• Manage all aspects of discovery — propounding and responding to requests for production, admissions, and interrogatories
• Take and defend depositions
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, including general contractors and engineers
• Represent clients at mediation
• Work collaboratively with legal and support staff at our Ponte Vedra, FL headquarters

What We're Looking For:
Required:

• Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of first-party property litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Located in Texas
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• You'll stand out if you
• Have handled Texas-specific pre-suit procedures independently
• Are comfortable managing a litigation docket with minimal oversight
• Excel at written and verbal communication
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
