Dykema's nationally recognized Financial Services Litigation Team is seeking a Staff Attorney in Southeastern office. The position may be based in the firm's Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, or Detroit offices.

Key Responsibilities include:

• 2+ years of consumer financial services litigation experience, including mortgage-related litigation
• Strong litigation skills (drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions)
• Significant case development and management experience
• Working familiarity with both federal and state courts

Additional Details:

• This role follows a hybrid in-office schedule, though fully remote arrangements may be considered after onboarding for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability
• Requests for a reduced billable requirement may also be considered
• Admission to the Michigan Bar is required
