We seek an attorney focused on fiduciary litigation matters (probate, trust, equity, will contests, undue influence). Primary duties include conducting discovery, preparing pleadings (complaints, petitions, motions), and court appearances (motion practice, trial preparation and presentation). The ideal candidate will pro-actively manage their case calendar, their deliverables, and overall case progression.
