The Law Office of Adam Oakey is seeking a licensed Family and/or Criminal Defense Attorney who isn't afraid to advocate aggressively, think strategically, and fight for the best possible outcomes.This role is ideal for an attorney who is ready to step into the courtroom, take ownership of cases, and advocate relentlessly for the people we serve. You'll handle real cases, real clients, and real courtroom work, supported by a team that values integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.
What we offer:
- Competitive annual salary based on experience
- $65,000–$75,000 for developing attorneys
- Up to $150,000 for highly experienced attorneys

What We're Looking For:
- Active New Mexico Bar license
- Experience in family law and/or criminal defense preferred
