About the Opportunity:
Our Colorado Springs office is a growing family law team designed for attorneys who want strong case ownership with flexibility built in. This hybrid role is ideal for litigators who value in-person collaboration when it matters, while still having the ability to work remotely part of the week.
You'll step into a steady flow of family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, intake, and firm infrastructure—so your time stays focused on advocacy, strategy, and client results.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters)
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters
- Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution
- Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support
- Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)
