This position includes a focus on education success for low-income students, addressing race and disability-based disparities by preventing disciplinary removals and securing special education services. Our Education Team has developed nationally recognized programs to increase school success and stability for students in juvenile justice and foster care systems.Qualifications:
Applicants for current openings must be admitted to practice law in Ohio or be licensed in another state and eligible for temporary admission. Additional requirements include:
- Experience advocating for the interests of low-income clients
- Strong academic record
- Excellent organization, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle a demanding workload
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to serve clients in a seven-county service area
