We have a lot of connections in the real estate industry through Northwest Title Family of Companies, and we have established a referral network for real property, estate planning, probate, and transactional business counsel. This role offers the perfect blend of client service, team support, and community engagement.
In this role, you'll primarily focus on:
- Estate Planning, both for individual/family needs, as well as advising Mortgage Lenders on lending to Trusts
- Probate Matters, both as a step in resolving real estate transactions, and as independent estates unrelated to a sale or transfer of real property
- Various real property transactional matters, as well as actions including Quiet Title, Slander of Title, and certain types of non-traditional foreclosures
- Networking within the local community to expand both your client base and the firm's reach
You'll also have the chance to work closely with our title companies to deepen your knowledge of real property title.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
Bonus points for:
- Experience in real estate transactions or familiarity with real property law
- Experience using Clio legal software
