Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
Manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Develop legal strategies and provide sound legal advice based on case assessments
Ensure deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and timely

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Entry-level applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and internships or clinical experience
Experienced attorneys should have a proven record of litigation, negotiation, or case management success
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Excellent time management and communication abilities
Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus, but not required
