Keys for Success
Your Background:
  • Active bar license required - (Ohio preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience.
  • Deep understanding of Ohio employment and worker's compensation laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
  • Experience in drafting legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, and reviewing contracts, related to employment.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and projects with precision and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of offering clear legal advice and effective negotiation and advocacy in legal settings.
  • Skilled in supporting senior staff on complex cases and actively participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, interviews, and trials.
