Keys for Success
Your Background:
- Active bar license required - (Ohio preferred).
- 5+ years' experience.
- Deep understanding of Ohio employment and worker's compensation laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, and reviewing contracts, related to employment.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and projects with precision and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of offering clear legal advice and effective negotiation and advocacy in legal settings.
- Skilled in supporting senior staff on complex cases and actively participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, interviews, and trials.
