Description:

Attorney, Employee Rights litigation, Remote work, ABA accredited law degree, CA-licensed

Looking for California-licensed attorneys!

We focus exclusively on employee rights litigation. We seek monetary compensation for everyday people who lack the resources to fight court battles against well-financed employers and large corporations. If we take a case, we advance all the necessary legal fees and costs so our client can pursue the remedies she or he deserves… and we won't take a penny from a client until the case is settled or won. It doesn't matter to us where in California our client resides. We fight for aggrieved workers all over the State of California. To make the lawsuit convenient for our client, we will prosecute our client's claims in his or her local court.

If a client has a strong case, we'll get the client results. Our lawyers have obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for our clients.
