- Mediations
- Settlement conferences
- Document drafting
- Witness interviews
- Intake
- Case selection
- Intermittent travel to court, depositions, mediations, and site inspections
Qualifications:
- Class action and employment law experience or serious interest
- California law license in good standing with CA Bar (no discipline)
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Excellent legal research skills
- Excellent oral argument skills
- Strong proofreading skills
- Willingness to intermittently travel throughout the State of California
- Must work Pacific Time (California) hours
- Deposition experience preferred
- Spanish language fluency a plus
