Attorney - Elder Law & Probate Administration

Huth, Pratt & Milhauser is a well-established Boca Raton, Florida law firm focused on wills, trusts, estates, and guardianship. We are seeking an experienced Elder Law and Probate Administration Attorney to join our growing team. The attorney will advise clients and families on Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning, Medicare coverage and benefits issues, and related elder law matters, including incapacity planning, powers of attorney, health care directives, guardianship, and the protection and administration of assets. The role will also include guiding families through probate and estate administration

Summary: Full-time in Boca Raton office with experience in Elder Law and Probate Administration. Applicants must be admitted to The Florida Bar and have at least 3 years of relevant legal experience.

Required: Florida Bar, 3+ Years of Relevant experience and in-office.

Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K & PTO paid.

Compensation is commensurate with experience from $90,000-$125,000/year and the potential for monthly bonuses.
