Bashen Corporation has recently been awarded large and numerous long-term contracts. We are seeking full-time, qualified EEO Investigators interested in this type of stimulating and important work, which also offers unique professional growth opportunities.For over 31 years, Bashen Corporation has conducted workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation investigations on behalf of our federal and private sector clients. Our services include investigating formal complaints of discrimination and internal harassment concerns filed against federal agencies and private corporations. These investigations entail obtaining and analyzing relevant documents; interviewing individuals; drafting affidavits, written interrogatories, and fact-finding reports; and consulting with the clients regarding best practices and strategies. Our staff also conduct EEO Counseling and draft Final Agency Decisions, and some conduct training seminars and mediations (i.e., Alternative Dispute Resolution). MD110 as amended 29 CFR Part 1614 applies to our federal sector work.
Qualifications / Vetting Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Two-years of claims experience that may include:
- Litigation of any type of cases.
- Investigating EEO claims in the private sector or federal sector.
- The Department of Homeland Security must successfully vet all attorney investigators. Vetting begins after Bashen hires the attorney investigator.
