Description:Boutique downtown Denver commercial litigation firm has an opening for a full-time commercial litigation attorney. The annualized salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance, life and disability insurance, dental insurance, vision care, 401(k), vacation, sick time, a parking stipend, and other benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods
- Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as needed
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding their cases and potential outcomes
- Coordinate with paralegals and support staff to ensure accuracy and high-quality case management
Qualifications:
- Active member of the Colorado Bar Association
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience who can hit the ground running.
- Strong familiarity with federal and state rules of procedure
- Excellent writing skills
- Comfortable taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions
- Preparing for and conducting examinations at trial
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$130,000 - $150,000 annually
