Attorney Skills and Qualifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina
Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia or North Carolina, is a plus
Possess great Reporting & Research Skills
Able to build Client Relationships and practice Client Confidentiality
Must be able to Plan, be Organized & Dependable

Attorney Job Duties:

Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability or legal rights and obligations.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of case.
Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
