Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings or before government agencies
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Stay current on legal developments and changes in the law
• Conduct Depositions

Skills:

• Proficiency inPersonal Injury Law
• Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
