Role Summary:We are seeking a tenacious, highly creative, and experienced personal injury attorney to join our specialized litigation team as a 90-Day Case Attorney. This unique role focuses exclusively on serious and catastrophic injury cases that present potentially high-value outcomes but also involve uncertain legal or factual elements. Cases require a deep, strategic evaluation within a 90-day investigative window to determine viability and path to victory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic evaluations of serious/catastrophic injury cases flagged for 90-day review due to liability, factual, or payment challenges.
- Conduct aggressive and focused investigations to determine the legal merit, evidentiary support, and recovery potential of each case.
- Quickly identify weaknesses in a case and design creative legal and factual strategies to address or overcome them.
- Engage and coordinate with investigators, experts, and in-house resources to develop case theory, evidence, and supporting documentation.
- Deliver written and verbal strategic case memos and recommendations by the end of the 90-day period for firm decision-makers.
- Interface with clients to clarify events, build rapport, and assess reliability and value as witnesses.
- Manage a high-volume docket of open investigative matters without compromising attention to detail or quality of analysis.
- Collaborate with the broader litigation team to transition cases that advance beyond the 90-day phase into full litigation.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, showing emotional resilience and perseverance even in the face of legal dead-ends.

- Complete a thorough review of all, and disposition all assigned cases within 90 days of assignment
- Achieve 92% client happiness score.
- Identify strategies to “Find a Win” in at least 50% of assigned cases, which leads to the case being assigned to a litigation team.
- 100% of cases dispositioned within 90 days
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, including serious/catastrophic injury cases.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cases with liability or factual issues.
- Exceptional investigative and legal research skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative legal strategy development.
- Proven ability to identify key issues quickly and create actionable game plans.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple investigations under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong communication and writing skills for both legal and non-legal audiences.
- Emotional resilience — thrives in high-pressure, high-stakes, and sometimes unfavorable legal scenarios.
