The Attorney 1 (AS-617) has a starting rate of: $27.08/hourly; $2,166.40 biweekly.
The Attorney 2 (AS-618) has a starting rate of: $28.98/hourly; $2,318.40 biweekly.
The Attorney 3 (AS-620) has a starting rate of: $32.02/hourly; $2,561.60 biweekly.

In this role, you will:
- Draft tax regulations, Private Letter Rulings, Revenue Rulings, Policy and Procedure Memoranda, Revenue Information Bulletins and Statements of Acquiescence.
- Draft or review the drafting of legislation sponsored by this department.
- Attend legislative committee meetings and hearings as requested.
- Collaborate with other divisions on the preparation and review of Fiscal and Economic Impact Statements, the Tax Exemption Budget and other internal and external reports.
