White and Steele, P.C. is looking to hire an associate Workers' Compensation defense attorney with 0 to 4 years of experience. Candidates will handle hearings, prehearings, settlement conferences and depositions, and must be able to prepare pleadings and case reports. While familiarity with the Workers' Compensation system is a plus, the firm will consider any applicant interested in immersing themselves in the practice area. We offer a collaborative work environment and generous benefit package. Total compensation (including salary, productivity bonus, and discretionary bonus) is in the range of $100,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and productivity.
