Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Associate with federal clerkship experience to work on healthcare fraud investigations and litigation for our Healthcare Industry Practice group in our Washington, DC Office. Candidates should have completed a federal clerkship and have a strong interest working on healthcare fraud investigations and litigation, including the False Claims Act. The successful candidate will represent and advise clients regarding matters involving the DOJ, HHS-OIG, DEA, FDA, and other federal and state regulatory agencies. Candidates should also have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills. DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar required.

The right candidate for this position will also be someone who is entrepreneurial and excited about the opportunity to work directly with partners and clients, working well on a cohesive team that is part of a busy national healthcare practice that is well-established but also expanding.
