- Superior interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients
- Availability for occasional case-related travel
- Bar admission in NY or another state (or pending)
- Fluency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable, but not required
What It Looks Like
- Assist in all aspects of civil litigation
- Interview clients and potential witnesses
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motions
- Review and analyze discovery responses and production
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and participate in trial
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and data scientists to drive cases forward
Compensation:
We believe excellent litigation work should be sustainable, and our compensation structure reflects a commitment to high-impact practice without high-burnout expectations. We prioritize long-term career development, leadership opportunities, and quality of life over volume-driven billing.
- Base salary of $85,000–$101,436, depending on experience
- Annual discretionary bonuses tied to firm performance and success
