We are a growing criminal defense firm seeking a motivated attorney to join our team. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to criminal defense and represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding counties.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, hands-on trial work, and the opportunity to build a successful criminal defense practice.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and in good standing with the State Bar of Wisconsin.
- Prior criminal law experience is welcomed but not required.
- Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and work independently.
- Passion for criminal defense and a commitment to providing exceptional client representation.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses.
- Appear regularly in courts throughout Milwaukee and surrounding counties.
- Conduct motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, and jury trials.
- Maintain client communication and manage assigned cases.
- Work collaboratively with experienced criminal defense attorneys on complex and high-profile matters.
