Description:
Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate or tax counsel to join our Tax group in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis office.Taft is seeking an associate or tax counsel with at least 3 years of experience either at a law firm, in-house or serving in a tax consulting role working with renewable energy tax credits for our Tax practice group. The candidate should have a strong understanding of investment tax credits and the strategies for monetizing such tax credits, and ideally experience in documenting and negotiating tax equity transactions and tax credit transfer agreements for sponsors or investors.
Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K,Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $185,000-300,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
