Job Summary:A National Law Firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join the Tax Credits department in Omaha, NE. This role allows associates to build knowledge and skills with variety of transactional matters, including tax and real estate matters, while working closely with experienced partners. Ideal candidates will have an interest in a transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnership law, corporate law, tax, real estate, and finance, as well as drafting and reviewing complex financial agreements.

Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Currently admitted to practice law in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year required
- Candidates with excellent academic record given preference
