About You:
- You have 3-5 years of experience working for a AM Law 100 or 200 law firm in the areas of corporate, securities, capital markets and M&A, with strong transactional skills;
- You have hands on experience working on public company equity and debt capital markets and M&A transactions, and SEC compliance and reporting;
- You have strong oral and written communication skills, and can work effectively as part of a team and independently;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials, and are admitted in (and in good standing with) the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, or District of Columbia).
