The Law Office of Lawrence M. Centanni, P.C. (Elizabeth, NJ) is seeking an experienced attorney capable of handling matters start-to-finish in a fast-moving, client-focused practice. Our firm concentrates in real estate transactions (residential and commercial) and landlord–tenant litigation, serving clients throughout Union County and beyond.Responsibilities include:
- Managing residential and commercial closings from contract through post-closing
- Appearing in Landlord–Tenant Court and overseeing filings, negotiations, and hearings
- Drafting and negotiating leases, addenda, purchase and sale agreements, and settlement documents
- Conducting due diligence, including title review, CO and lien clearance, and environmental coordination (Phase I/II)
- Maintaining professional, responsive communication with clients, lenders, brokers, inspectors, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing
- Meaningful experience in real estate and landlord–tenant law
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and writing skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing a busy caseload
