Kelley Ferraro, LLC has an immediate opening for a probate attorney. This full-time associate attorney role is an on-site position in Downtown Cleveland. The associate attorney will focus on opening and administering estates. Daily tasks include drafting documents to open estates throughout Ohio, preparing required yearly filings for the estates, working with outside counsel in other states to facilitate the distribution of settlement proceeds, preparing for and attending hearings, collaborating with other attorneys and staff, and communicating regularly with clients.

This position's ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workplace. Occasional travel throughout the state of Ohio and an active bar license are required. Two to three years' experience in probate administration is preferred.
